My Emergency Plumber Homecare Cover
Our affordable homecare cover plans are an ideal solution for year-round peace of mind regarding your property's plumbing work, with unlimited callouts*.
Our entry level cover at 30p per day covers maintenance and repair of the system running from the internal main stop cock to the tap connectors including any external standard taps fixed to the main dwelling. This means hot and cold water pipes, sanitary fittings and internal drainage within the property.
For just 60p per day you get the above cover, plus external drainage too including blockages, leaks manholes and gullies.
On all levels of cover you receive get 10% discount on any work outside the cover of your homecare policy.
*We charge residential customers a small £30 excess for every callout. Landlords get the same cover, but with a £50 callout fee.

Internal & External Pipes
Repair to internal water pipes overflow pipes repair to lag pipes which are burst due to cold weather.

Sinks & Waste pipes
Unblocking and repairing sink basins and other accessories including waste or overflow pipes.

Cold water storage tanks
Repair of ball valves, floats and overflows on cold water storage tanks.

White goods pipework
Flexi pipes that have been installed according to manufacturer instructions.

Unlimited callouts
Call our helpline from 8am to 8pm and our plumbers can repair leaks on any pipework the same day.

- Labour and materials up to £500 (inc. VAT) per claim

- Central heating - cylinders, boilers, radiators, water heaters
- Swimming pools, pumps, mixer valves and treatment plants

- The plan covers one property within the UK (including Isle of Man and Channel Isles)
- You are responsible for informing us of any change of address or contact details
- You must be accurate and complete all questions we ask when you take out plan
- Rolling contract, paid by Direct Debit monthly or annually by credit / debit card and must be paid on time to retain cover
- Cancellations can be made by calling 03330 164 121 and will be completed 28 days from the date we have been notified
- You cannot make any claims in the first 28 days after your cover starts
- Properties not covered: retail/commercial premises, Housing Association, council homes, bedsits, subdivided homes, mobile homes
